When helping your child learn to write his/her name, here are some tips:

• Little hands = little tools, so a crayon is the best tool for a four or five-year old to write with
• Our handwriting program encourages children to learn how to write capital letters first, as they are easier for children to write. If your child is still learning how to write his/her name, please help him/her write it in all capital letters.
• Our handwriting curriculum teaches children that all letters are formed with big lines, little lines, big curves, and little curves
