Homework
- Read for at least 15 minutes a night. Your child should be choosing a book that is not too easy or too hard. He or she should understand most of the words on the page and be able to tell you without difficulty what the book was about. It's very important to read every night, as it has shown to increase vocabulary knowledge and fluency (ease of reading).
- Math: Choice of workbook pages, MobyMax, Flashcards or Math game Pages vary depending on what lesson we are on for the day. Please check your child's assignment notebook for page numbers.

- Assignment Notebooks should be checked and signed nightly.
- Spelling: We have weekly spelling words that your child will practice at home. I have included a "Menu" (attached above and you received the menu in the beginning of the year) for weekly spelling practice. It's recommended that spelling is worked on at least 3 times per week.
