After our study of fairy tale books ended, kindergartners were able to participate in a celebration...the Fairy Tale Ball! Once upon a time, each child dressed up as his/her favorite fairy tale character, had a parade through the school, enjoyed frog related activities in the castle of the Frog Princess, made a castle photo frame (complete with a photo taken of them in costume) while in Cinderella's Castle, and enjoyed visiting Little Red Riding Hood in the forest for a movie of her story! The event ended with a feast featuring fairy tale themed menu. They all lived happily ever after!
