School Mission Statement
Through the combined efforts of students, staff, families, and community, students will learn concepts, processes, and skills which promote responsible decision-making and life-long learning.
School Improvement Goals 2013-2016
Reading: Increase the percentage of students scoring proficient or advanced in reading on the WSAS 10% by the end of the 2015-16 school year.
Math: Increase the percentage of students scoring proficient or advanced in math on the WSAS 15% by the end of the 2015-16 school year.
Writing: Increase the percentage of students scoring proficient or advanced on the District Writing Assessment 15% by the end of the 2015-16 school year.

We will come prepared with a solution-based mindset to use time effectively and efficiently
We will collaborate with all stakeholders to focus on student and staff growth
We will ensure information is communicated efficiently and effectively with all staff members to enhance student success
We will communicate and support the final decision of the group and will ensure follow through with clearly defined roles and action steps
We will be open to and respectful of other’s opinions, grade level/content responsibilities, and suggestions
We will respect the dignity of individuals and interact in a trustworthy and professionally courteous manner
We will presume positive intentions, suspend judgement of others, and be open to constructive feedback
