Carollton Report Card

The Department of Public Instruction (DPI) has released its School and District Report Cards for the 2021-2022 school year. The Report Cards are intended to help districts use performance data to target improvement efforts that ensure students are ready for their next educational step – whether it be the next grade level, graduation, college and/or careers.

At the foundation of the report cards are four priority areas. Schools receive a score for each of the four priority areas:

  • Student Achievement: students’ level of knowledge and skills attained compared against state academic standards in English language arts (ELA) and mathematics.

  • Growth: how rapidly students are gaining knowledge and skills from year to year, focusing on the pace of improvement in students’ performance.

  • Target Group Outcomes: outcomes for students with the lowest test scores in their school - the Target Group. Outcomes are displayed for achievement, growth, chronic absenteeism, and attendance or graduation rate.

  • On-Track to Graduation: how successfully students are achieving educational milestones that predict later success.

In 2021-2022, OCFSD met expectations with a score of 69.3 and celebrates achievement scores that are higher than the state average. In addition, the District score was the same or higher than 72% of Districts in the state. Another area to celebrate was our Growth scores increased by almost 6 points and Target Group Outcomes overall score increased by 5.6 points from the prior year.

Carollton Elementary School

For the 2021-2022 school year, Carollton Elementary School Exceeded Expectations with a score of 73.6 points. Carollton Elementary celebrates Achievement scores that are in the top 87% of elementary schools in the state and On-Track to Graduation scores that are in the top 91.3% of elementary schools in the state.
