As of April 2019, the OCFJSD Board of Education adopted a new set of Facility Use Policies and Procedures. Please click on the links on the right for the New Policies and Procedures.
The Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District facilities are available for rental to any responsible organization.
- All reservation requests must be submitted online (beginning July 1, 2019) with an approved account or with the Facility Use Application.
- A Certificate of Liability Insurance with the Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District listed as the Certificate Holder is required.
To reserve a facility for the first time, you must complete a Facility Use Application and return it via email to email@example.com.
Upon receipt of your completed Facility Use Application, an account will be created for your organization. Within three school days, an email will be sent to you including your login information, instructions on how to access the online reservation system, and how to submit a reservation request.
For users with an account in the District, email Julie Walbrun at firstname.lastname@example.org to set-up a username and password.
HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION: The undersigned applicant agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of the Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District Board of Education regarding the use of school facilities/equipment, but to be used as requested. The undersigned does further agree to hold harmless and to indemnify the Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District from any and all claims, losses, damages, actions, causes of action, and liabilities of any kind or nature whatsoever which are directly or indirectly related to the use of the facilities requested by the undersigned and any guests, friends, or invitees which result in injury or loss of property to any person using the facilities requested. The undersigned does further waive any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities relating to the condition of the premises to be used, and, if requested by the Board of Education, to further carry liability insurance in an amount approved by the Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District.
The undersigned does further agree that this agreement may be canceled upon twenty –four (24) hours notice by the Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District, and the undersigned further agree to be bound by any existing rules or regulations adopted by the Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District which may be changed, altered, or added at any time.
