Facility Rental


Community Facility Use

Community Facility Renters, 

Facilities are available for community rental on a space available basis outside of the school day. To request space, contact Julie Walbrun at j.walbrun@ocfsd.org or call 768-6166.  Please note that new users' requests may take up to 2 weeks to process.

Review the District Facility Use procedures, scheduling periods and rental fees by clicking on the links to the right.

  • Reservation requests must be submitted with a Facility Use Application.

  • A Certificate of Liability Insurance listing Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District as the Certificate Holder is required for all reservations.

The Oak Creek-Franklin School District encourages facility renters to follow safety and hygiene practices including: 

  • Have all participants and guests stay home when feeling ill 

  • Have participants use hand sanitizers located at program entrance

  • Use District-provided disinfecting materials to sanitize high touch areas before and after use

  • Use water bottles and refill stations at each facility as drinking fountains remain closed

We look forward to safely hosting community members in district facilities during the 2022-2023 school year.
