Community Facility Use Temporary Revisions for Winter/Spring 2021
Updated December 22, 2020
Community Facility Renters,
As the district moves to face-to-face instruction and hybrid learning, we consider how to open facilities for community use with care and caution.
To support safe community activity the school district will open facilities using the following parameters:
Facilities now open to all user groups
Group size should not exceed 20
Cafeteria and library rentals are limited to one group each day/night
Masks are required within all facilities
Bleachers will not be available
Water Bottle refill stations will be open. Drinking fountains may not be used
Users are responsible for disinfecting high touch areas (doors, knobs, entrances) between use. Supplies will be available at each school location. All other requirements of facility use rental remain.
Facilities available for community rental on a space available basis
Monday- Friday 6:00pm-10:00pm
Sundays 9:00am-3:00pm** (OCHS/9th Grade Center)
Weeknight rentals open at most elementary and both middle schools
To request a reservation, contact Julie Walbrun at email@example.com.
New user requests may take up to 2 weeks.
We hope opening these additional spaces will offer community access needed to support your organization’s goals while keeping participants safe and healthy.
An additional COVID disclaimer has been added to the facility agreement.
Any persons using Oak Creek-Franklin School District facilities, agree to abide by guidelines and restrictions of state and local health officials existing at the time of their use of reserved facilities.
