As of April 2019, the OCFJSD Board of Education adopted a new set of Facility Use Policies and Procedures. Please click on the links on the right for the New Policies and Procedures.
The Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District facilities are available for rental to any responsible organization.
- All reservation requests must be submitted online (beginning July 1, 2019) with an approved account or with the Facility Use Application.
- A Certificate of Liability Insurance with the Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District listed as the Certificate Holder is required.
To reserve a facility for the first time, you must complete a Facility Use Application and return it via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon receipt of your completed Facility Use Application, an account will be created for your organization. Within three school days, an email will be sent to you including your login information, instructions on how to access the online reservation system, and how to submit a reservation request.
For users with an account in the District, email Julie Walbrun at email@example.com to set-up a username and password (beginning July 1, 2019).
