Word Work
Our word work focuses on phonics and high frequency words. We use the Benchmark Literacy curricular resource. You're welcome to work on words at home as well! We're using the Spelling City website to work on words and have fun at the same time:
Our Benchmark Phonics lists are named BMP
High Frequency Words are organized by the top 100 words to know for each grade level! We'll use these lists to find "good fit" words based on our developmental reading and writing levels.
