Oak Creek Franklin Joint School District's Information Technology Department is responsible for all aspects of Communication, Instructional Technology and Technology Infrastructure for 11 schools and 12 buildings. We support grades K-12 1:1 program for 6500 students and the infrastructure that is required to support it. We support nearly 600 professional staff (all assigned a laptop), as well as an additional 400 support staff. Some of our responsibility are as follows:

Chromebooks, Google Workspace and mobile interactive monitors have all become part of the way our students learn at the Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District. With access to Chromebooks and an array of web-based programs, students are able to learn valuable skills they will need as they prepare for the next chapter of their lives, whatever that may be.

Google Workspace is a powerful suite of applications for managing collaboration between and among students and teachers. Every classroom is outfitted with an interactive device for maximized engagement for staff and students. Replacing outdated Smartboards with Mobile Interactive Monitors with 10 point touch and wireless projection has provided flexible learning space achievable for all classrooms!
