July 7 - July 21, 2026

All families must complete Annual Check-in via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to request busing and confirm class placement. A guardian from the primary household should complete this by July 21. For assistance, email helpdesk@ocfsd.org, or call (414) 768-5880, or visit District Office (7630 S. 10th Street) Monday-Thursday, 7am - 4pm. 

Address changes require proof of residency to be brought to the District Office by July 21.

School Pictures Day:

OCHS (Grades 9-12): School pictures for OCHS students will be taken during Get Ready for School Days on Wednesday, August 26, 9:30 am - 3:30 pm, and Thursday, August 27, 12:00 - 4:00 pm. Senior pictures are due on or before Friday, October 30, 2026.

East Middle School: East Middle School students will have their school pictures taken during locker move-in days on Wednesday, August 19, and Thursday, August 20, 9:00 am -3:30 pm. EMS families should sign up for a picture time.

West Middle School:  West Middle School will hold picture day on the first day of school, Monday, August 31.

Elementary & 4K: Elementary students will have their school pictures taken during parent/teacher conferences on October 20 and 22 from 3:30 - 8:30 pm. More information, including an offering of packages and prices, will be sent home with students during the school year. There will also be a picture make-up day scheduled at a later date. 

Use the StopFinder app to access your student's bus route information. Please visit www.goriteway.com/stopfinder for more information on the StopFinder app and finding your child's bus route. Plan to arrive at your bus stop early and please be patient during the first few weeks of school as we often experience some delays.

Primary StopFinder subscribers (parents/guardians who received the initial district email) can share bus schedule access with secondary users. Schedules must be shared individually for each student.

How to Share Access:

1. Open StopFinder and select a Student Card
2. Tap the three dots menu (...) icon
3. Select Share Schedule
4. Enter the user's email address and tap Share

The invited user will receive an email with instructions to set up their account.

Bus Stop Change Form

Breakfast and lunch menus are available on our website at www.ocfsd.org/lunch. Funds can be added to your family lunch account at any time via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Free/Reduced Lunch applications may be completed online through your Infinite Campus Parent Portal beginning in mid-July and will also be emailed in July. Applications must be submitted annually. 

Elementary Open House (Early Childhood/4K-5th Grade): Wednesday, August 26, 5:30 - 7:00 pm

Middle School Open House: Thursday, August 27, 5:30 - 7:00 pm

High School Get Ready for School Days: Wednesday, August 26, 9:30 am - 3:30 pm, Thursday, August 27, 12:00 - 4:00 pm

Elementary School ASPIRE: Registration for ASPIRE is due August 15 for care starting the first week of school. For more information or to register, visit the OCR website.

Middle School ReMix (before school care): New this year! Morning ReMix brings ASPIRE vibes with middle school energy. OCR's ReMix will offer a safe, supervised place to hang out with friends before school begins, 6:30-8:15 am. For more information or to register, visit the OCR website.
