Free & Reduced Meal Information

Free & Reduced Meal forms can be obtained by clicking the links below or from your school office at any time throughout the school year. Please contact Lana Zimmerman at l.zimmerman@ocfsd.org if you have questions.

ONLINE APPLICATION: Families are encouraged to complete a Free & Reduced Lunch online application instead of a paper application if you are able. The online application has the same requirements and will ask you for the same information as the paper application. Please visit the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to begin or learn more about the application process.

Meet Matthew Bennett

Meet Matthew Bennett

Matthew Bennett joined OCFSD as the District's Food Service Director at the start of the 2021-2022. Bennett has twenty-eight years of experience in the hospitality industry and has served as the Chef/Director in restaurants, universities, hotels, and hospitals. Prior to joining OCFSD, Bennett was the Director of Esker Hall and Prairie Street Café at UW-Whitewater, serving 20,000 students per week.

Bennet holds a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. “My cooking style is taking classics that everyone loves and putting innovative and modern twists on them,” Bennet shares.

They partner with Hunger Task Force so first time users should call first and speak with Gail so necessary forms can be completed. No appointment is required and service is currently drive up and ID must be held up to closed car window. Stock boxes from Hunger Task Force available monthly. May come sooner for other items.
