Annual Check-In for Returning Families
All returning families and new families who have completed the enrollment process (prior to 7/1/21) will need to complete the Annual Check-In process. If your family is new to the District and have not complete the enrollment process, please click here.
The Annual Check-In process must be completed in order to verify the District has the most up-to-date information for your family and to verify your student(s) will be joining us for the 2021-2022 school year. During this process, you will also be asked to sign the handbook agreement. High school students will also be asked to sign the handbook agreement and athletic/activities forms for the 2021-2022 school year.
To complete the Annual Check-In process, primary households (the household used to determine residency) will need to log into their Infinite Campus Parent Portal. If you do not have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal or need assistance, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Annual Check-In is open from July 1-29.
To access Annual Check-In, please follow the steps below.
Log into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account
Select “More” in the bottom left-hand corner of your parent portal
Select “Annual Check-In” from the list
The Annual Check-In process does not work properly when accessed through a mobile device. If you do not have access to a Chromebook, laptop, or desktop computer, please visit the kiosk at District Office (7630 S. 10th Street, Oak Creek), Monday - Thursday, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. beginning Tuesday, July 6. When possible, please only send one guardian from the primary household to the District Office kiosk.
