4K Site Assignment

Below are the boundary areas for student placement.

4K site placement will be based on the home address attendance boundary (or child care provider's address, if requested, for 4K only) and available space in the classroom. District busing is available within the attendance boundary area only.

AM and PM placement is based on available space in the classroom, family/student need, and transportation.
Section placement is not first come first serve. All requests are reviewed but are not guaranteed.

After Step 1 and Step 2 of the enrollment process is complete,the following will occur:

4K Placement: 2025-2026 School Year

Enrollment is complete after the required documents are brought to the District Office. All 4K students with completed enrollment will be assigned per the following placement schedule:

Completed enrollment received by May 16 will be assigned on June 6
Completed enrollment received by July 25 will be assigned on August 15
All completed enrollment received after July 25 will be assigned after August 15

Teacher/Classroom Assignments

Your child's teacher/classroom assignment will be available to view in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal on August 15, 2024 after 5pm.

Annual Check-In Registration

In July, all families in the district must complete the Annual Check-in process.
This includes families of 4K students enrolled between February 5 - June 30, 2025. To complete this process, a parent/legal guardian in the student’s primary household must verify that the information you provided to for the district database is current. You will receive more information about Annual Check-in in June.

2025-2026 School Year

4K OPEN HOUSE:
Open House is August 28, 2025 Open house is an opportunity for you and your child to visit their classroom and meet
the teacher.

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL: Staggered Start Dates
The 4K program will have a staggered start for the first week of school. Your child will be assigned to attend either
Sept. 2 & 3 or Sept. 4 & 5 of that week (no busing on these days, parents will transport on both days)
The first full week of school for 4K begins on September 8 with district bus transportation available to students after their bus request has been verified during the Annual Check-in process in July.
