4K & 5K Enrollment Event


The Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District is excited to welcome the next class of future Knights! The 4K & 5K Enrollment Event will take place Wednesday, March 22 - Friday, March 24, from 8:30 am-5:30 pm in the multipurpose room at the Oak Creek Public Library at 8040 S. 6th Street (enter through the south doors).


Parents and guardians are encouraged to start the process online at www.ocfsd.org/enroll4k.
To complete the process, a parent or legal guardian will need to bring the required documents to the Civic Center during the 4K/5K Enrollment Event.  



  • Your photo ID (parent or legal guardian)

  • Your child’s original birth certificate 

  • A printed copy of your submitted online enrollment application

  • Proof of Residency document (mortgage statement, signed lease, WE Energies or water bill, or current year property tax statement)

  • Proof of Residency Form  (available at www.ocfsd.org/enroll4K)

  • Your child's immunization record (you may download it from the Wisconsin Immunization Registry website) or claim an Immunization Waiver

  • Completed 4K Questionnaire or 5K Questionnaire (available at www.ocfsd.org/enroll4K)



Your child must be four years old on or before September 1, 2023 to be eligible for the half-day 4-year-old kindergarten program.



Your child must be five years old on or before September 1, 2023 to be eligible for fall kindergarten classes.

5K enrollment is only for students NOT currently enrolled in the District.

The OCFSD 4K program celebrates the start of lifelong learning, growth, and success for each child based on individual learning needs and characteristics. A typical day in 4K is comprised of a combination of circle time, stories, songs, early math and literacy experiences, learning centers, playtime, outdoor play, and other fun educational activities!
