Enrollment for our next class of future Knights begins with the District’s 1-Day Enrollment Fair! The 1-DAY 4K & 5K Enrollment Fair will take place Monday, March 17, from 9 am-6 pm at the Oak Creek-Franklin School District Office, 7630 S. 10th Street in Oak Creek.
This is your chance to enroll your child for the upcoming school year and explore resources from local organizations that support families in our community. It’s an excellent opportunity to connect with helpful services while starting your child’s journey to becoming a future Knight!
How to Get Started: Parents and guardians are encouraged to begin the enrollment process at www.ocfsd.org/enroll after February 5, 2025. To complete your child’s enrollment, bring the required documents to the district office on or after March 17.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Your photo ID (parent or legal guardian)
- Your child’s original birth certificate
- A printed copy of your submitted online enrollment application
- Proof of Residency document (mortgage statement, signed lease, WE Energies or water bill, or current year property tax statement)
- Proof of Residency Form (available at www.ocfsd.org/enroll)
- Your child's immunization record (you may download it from the Wisconsin Immunization Registry website) or submit an Immunization Waiver
- Completed 4K Questionnaire or 5K Questionnaire (available at www.ocfsd.org/enroll)
4K HALF-DAY PROGRAM: Your child must be four years old on or before September 1, 2025 to be eligible for the half-day 4-year-old kindergarten program.
5K FULL DAY PROGRAM: Your child must be five years old on or before September 1, 2025 to be eligible for fall kindergarten classes. 5K enrollment is only for students who are NOT currently enrolled in the District 4K Program.
