OCFSD is excited to welcome the next class of future Knights! 
 

Date:    Thursday, March 14, 2024

Time:    Registration for families: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm; Resource Fair: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm

Location: OCFSD Office, 7630 S. 10th Street, Oak Creek, WI

We have invited local organizations to join us and bring resources for families and kids in our community who will be enrolling in the 2024-2025 school year. The Resource Fair will take place from 9:00am-2:00pm. District staff will be available to assist with student enrollment and answer questions from 8:00am-6:00pm. There will also be a photo area, activities, and a chance to win door prizes!

* 4K is a half-day program for students who will be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2024.

* 5K is for new students entering full-day kindergarten who are not currently enrolled in the OCFSD 4K Program and will be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2024.

To complete enrollment, a parent/legal guardian must bring the following documents:

• A printed copy of your 2024-2025 school year application (available after February 5)
• Your photo ID
• Your child's original birth certificate
• Your child's immunization record
• Proof of your residency within the school district
  • please provide one of the following:
    • Current Month Mortgage Statement
    • Current Year Property Tax Statement
    • Current Lease Agreement (including the property manager’s name and phone number)
    • (additional proof may be requested and required by the school district)
