Attention families of current 8th grade students from East Middle School, West Middle School, Empower Academy, St. Matthews, and other private schools in the area!

Please mark your calendar and join us for an orientation for incoming freshmen on Thursday, January 5, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the Ninth Grade Center (NGC) gymnasium.

There will be one presentation at 5:45 p.m., and one at 6:15 p.m. Families can choose which presentation to attend, but we recommend last names beginning A-L attend the first presentation and last names beginning M-Z attend the second presentation, if possible.  

Families of incoming freshmen are also invited to tour the NGC, talk with teachers and sign up for sports, clubs, and extracurricular activities during the timeframe of 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. as well. Families with students interested in the band program should attend an informational meeting at 6:45 p.m. in Room 321 in the NGC.
