 The Armory is a student-operated merchandise and snack business that provides hands-on opportunities to develop professional skills in business operations. Through its departments—accounting, marketing, sales, inventory and management—students gain experience and real-world insights that prepare them for success beyond the classroom.

Autos 3 prepares students for the role of an automotive technician through hands-on diagnostics, repair, and maintenance in a real shop setting. Students develop professional skills such as accuracy, safety, teamwork, and accountability, preparing them for careers, apprenticeships, or technical training.

In Knight Construction, students gain hands-on experience by building a single-family home from start to finish during the school year. The course emphasizes construction safety, teamwork, employability skills, and real-world building practices while introducing students to careers in the construction trades.

Knights' Cafe at Oak Creek High School is a student-led, work-based learning program where students gain hands-on experience by planning and operating a coffee shop.

In Little Knights, high school students engage preschoolers in themed learning activities under the guidance of Mrs. Riha. Through stories, songs, art, games, and exploration, students foster social, emotional, and school-readiness skills in a supportive play-based environment.
