Free Developmental Screenings

Wondering if your child is meeting developmental milestones?

A play-based screening can help identify areas where your child may need additional support.

Who can participate?

To participate in the screening, children must meet all 3 criteria:

  1. Children must be between the ages of 2 years, 9 months and 5 years old,

  2. Not currently attending 4K or 5K, AND

  3. Living within the Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District boundaries

About the Screening

This FREE developmental screening is for parents who have questions or concerns about their child’s development. It is not a 4K readiness assessment and is not used to determine whether a child is ready for 4K.

Parents will be asked to complete a questionnaire regarding their child's development while the child participates in a play-based screening with an early childhood teacher, occupational therapist, and speech-language pathologist.
